ADPLS Data Room Now Open

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces that the Data Room for the ADPLS transaction is now open. Upon receipt and review of completed Confidentiality Agreement and Qualification Statement, Qualified Bidders can enter the data room to view the loan level data.  This data room is for the HUD sale of non-performing, first lien, residential mortgage notes with an average delinquency of more than 48 months - the Aged Delinquency Portfolio Loan Sale (ADPLS).  The loan sale is scheduled to be held on May 18th 2016. This transaction has approximately 8,800 loans for a combined unpaid principle balance of approximately $1.7 billion.  Any questions regarding ADPLS should be directed to HUD’s Transaction Specialist, Verdi Consulting, Inc.  Aged Delinquent Loan Portfolio Sale – Average Age Delinquent, 48+ Months

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will be holding a sale of extremely delinquent non-performing notes with a scheduled bid date of May 18, 2016.

The sale will consist of pools of mortgage loans that have gone through FHA’s loss mitigation and are, on average, more than 48 months delinquent, which represent significantly longer periods of delinquency than loans in HUD DASP sales.

Pools will be announced in the coming weeks.

Entities interested in qualifying to participate in the sales must complete the Confidentiality and Qualification Agreements.  These documents will be available to interested bidders shortly.
